Ken New

Financial Advisor

Ken New is committed to helping retirees and pre-retirees understand financial strategy. Since 1997, he has spent time discovering options for income planning with a definitive strategy to reduce taxes. Ken explains options for growth to clients that will raise the probability that they will not outlive their income. He has such a unique and wide range of expertise in the financial industry that he is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table and a past officer of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Planners. Ken is a resident of Viera, Florida and is happily married to his wife, Linda. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, Lindsey and granddaughter, Adalyn.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ken New is dedicated to helping retirees and pre-retirees navigate retirement and financial planning with confidence. As Financial Advisor at Pinnacle, he is passionate about educating clients and providing personalized financial strategies tailored to their goals.

Ken is also a member of Society for Financial Awareness and teaches The Changing World of Retirement Planning courses for adults ages 50–70 throughout Brevard County. His commitment to financial education and client-focused guidance continues to shape Pinnacle’s mission of service, integrity, and long-term relationships.

Linda New

Client Services

Linda has an extensive background in banking. She left the banking industry as the Vice President of Building and Construction Loans. Linda also has many years in Customer Service and is most outstandingly a ’people person.’ Her expertise in all areas of small business management is apparent in the way she cares for our clients. Linda’s dedication to our clients and passion for helping people is apparent in everything she does. Linda is a resident of Viera, Florida and is happily married to her husband, Ken. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, Lindsey and granddaughter, Adalyn.

Jenny Moore

Business Operations Manager

Jenny Moore joined Pinnacle Financial Wealth Management in 2016. In her current role, she provides support to the financial advisor for all client transactions. Jenny has many years of customer service and administrative experience which enables her to deliver excellent assistance.

Jennifer Gerrow

Director of Client Services

Jennifer joined the Pinnacle Financial Wealth Team in 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service and management. As Director of Client Services, Jennifer delivers a personal concierge service, providing top-tier scheduling and customer care to all of our clients. She also excels in marketing and event coordination.

In 2023, Jennifer enhanced her professional qualifications by earning a Series 7 General Securities License. This achievement underscores her dedication to continually improving her financial knowledge and ability to serve clients at the highest level.

Education: Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Science from Carson Newman University.

Debbie Hogan

With 15 years of experience, Debbie specializes in preparing personal and corporate returns, along with bookkeeping services.
